ReEnergy Acquires the Black River Generation Facility

ReEnergy Holdings LLC has acquired the Black River Gen- eration Facility at Fort Drum near Watertown, N.Y. The com- pany plans to convert the primary fuel source of the renamed ReEnergy Black River facility from coal to locally sourced biomass. The facility was previously home to the Army’s 10th Mountain Division.
