LNG bunkering facilities expected to grow

Global bunkering infrastructure to support LNG-fuelled ships will expand as investment rises, the 2017 LNG Bunkering conference in Amsterdam heard. Companies and port authorities are investing in bunkering projects to cater for an increasing number of ships built or retrofitted with LNG-powered engines, as the environmental benefits of LNG, an existing supply chain and proved engine technology drives industry growth.
