The panel-building and distribution board market has had to adjust to some major strategic shifts over the last decade. One of the main changes has been the growth of electrical contractors setting up their own dedicated panel-building facilities. These include big players such as NG Bailey, Crown House Engineering, ABB, James Scott, Balfour Kilpatrick and Haden Young. These contractors are putting a renewed emphasis on flexibility and speed of both assembly and installation for both panels and distribution boards.
