Regeneration of Europe's largest listed building has reached the end of phase one, to move what is a challenging multi-agency project a step closer to completion. The 50-year-old Grade II listed Park Hill Estate in Sheffield is receiving a new multi-million pound lease of life by Urban Splash, in partnership with Sheffield City Council, Great Places Housing Group, English Heritage and the Homes and Communities Agency.
