Morphology of Species of the Temnostoma apiforme and r. vespiforme Groups: Communication 1

Morphological characteristics of Temnostoma apiforme and other species and subspecies, previously considered its synonyms (Peck, 1988), are studied. The female genitalia are examined for the first time. The validity of T. carens and T. pallidum is confirmed. A morphologicakanalysis has revealed a high variability of many characters and their parallel variation within the species-groups considered.
