A NEW SPECIES OF GENUS GRYPOCENTRUS RUTHE (HYMENOPTERA: ICHNEUMONIDAE)

One new species of Grypocentrus, namely G. kasparyani, collected in Shenyang, China, is described. The genus Grypocentrus Ruthe belonging to the tribe Tryphonini in the subfamily Tryphoninae has been represented by 15 species in the world; 10 from Palearctic Region and 6 from Nearctic Region (G. albipes Ruthe occurs in both Regions). In the coures of the present studies one species, which is new to science, has been found. The type specimens are deposited in the General Station of Forest Pest Management, Ministry of Forestry, Shenyang, China.
