The synthesis and the studies of properties of diphenyldialkyl(alkyl)carbamoylmethylphosphine oxides by differential scanning calorimetry, mass spectrometry and Knudsen effusion method were performed. The thermodynamic parameters of melting and vaporization were calculated.
