Comment on 'Ferromagnetic wire lattice with a tunable negative index of refraction for microwaves using an external magnetic field' by Yun-Song Zhou et al

I have read and noticed some errors in the paper published by Yun-Song Zhou et al. [1]. Beside some misprintings, there are some fatal errors about the basic assumptions in the calculation procedure. I have done some calculations following their procedure, however, the results are quite different.
