Effect of Different Levels of Neem Cake and Biofertilizers on Growth, Yield Attributes and Nutrient Uptake in Black Gram (Vigna mungo L.) Type-9

The study was conducted with neem cake as concentrated organic manure applied at 0.300 and 600 kg/ha. The seeds were inoculated with rhizobium and VAM (vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizae). Application of neem cake and biofertilizers increased plant height and dry weight till 60 DAS and showed marked response on 1,000-seed weight The uptake of NPK in plants also increased by application of neem cake and biofertilizers.
