The effect of NAA and IBA (1,000, 2,000, 3.000 ppm) and commercial rooting powder (rootex) were tried for Lavendula officinalis L. Maximum rhizogensis was achieved with IBA, followed by NAA and rootex applications. IBA applied at 3,000 ppm resulted in early leaf emergence (12.33 days), maximum leaf number (28.00 per cutting), and callusing percentage (86.66), early root emergence (21.66 days), maximum rooting percentage (86.66) and root number (7.00), length (1030 cm) and maximum field survival (93.33%).
