Toxic Stress of Fenvalerate on some Hematological Parameters of Albino Mice

摘要

Albino mice were orally treated with sublethal (one third of LC sub(50)) dose of fenvalerate (Fen Fen 20% E. C.) for a period of 21 days. Periodical (every 7 days) readings were taken to study the hematological parameters like RBC count, WBC count, PCV(%), MCV ( mu m super(3)), Hb (g %), MCH (pg) and MCHC (%) in experimental and control animals using standard methods. Toxic stress as evidenced by differences in readings was discussed in the light of available literature.
