摘要

The effects of zinc on protein and amino acid contents in fat body, testes, seminal vesicles and MARGs of the insect Laccotrephes ruber were investigated. After exposure of median lethal concentration of zinc, (25 ppm for 48 hour) significant changes in the content of protein and amino acid were observed. This suggests that the zinc appears to interfere with protein metabolism..
