摘要

Present experiment was conducted to assess the influence of RDF on growth, development on potato and to know about maximum benefit cost ratio with minimum cost of cultivation. Results revealed that treatment receiving 150% RDF of NPK (T3) recorded maximum plant height (era), number of shoots per plant, number of compound leaves per plant, number of leaves per plant, fresh weight of shoots per plant (g), dry weight of shoots per plant (g), dry matter content of shoots (%), whereas per cent plant emergence was recorded maximum under T, (100% RDF of NPK). The economic analysis indicated that the maximum net returns per hectare (176642.90) and B : C ratio (2.26) was the highest in the plots treated with 150% RDF of NPK (T,). All these findings can be used in making potato production more profitable. The recommended dose of fertilizer (RDF) was 150:100:100 kg N: P,Os: Kfi per hectare.
