Anatomical features of vegetative organs of Phyllanthus species.

摘要

The anatomy of the vegetative organs of P. niruroides (PN) and P. urinaria (PU) collected in Nigeria was evaluated. Results showed that vascular characteristics could help distinguish PN and PU. The systematic positions of these plants were discussed, considering the characteristics of the palisade parenchyma in mesophyll, and the nature of collenchyma and sclerenchyma.
