Response of Foliar Spray of Micronutrients on Fruit Set, Yield and Quality of Winter Season Guava (Psidium guajava L.) Cv Allahabad Safeda

摘要

The present investigation was carried out to find out the efficacy of foliar spray of micronutrients on physico-chemical characters and yield of guava fruit cv Allahabad Safeda. The yield and yield attributing characters and quality of fruits with respect to TSS. sugar and ascorbic acid were obtained maximum with the foliar spray of zinc sulfate + borax 0.6%. Therefore, it may be summmized that foliar spray of zinc sulfate + borax 0.6% can be recommended to guava growers for obtaining better yield and qualityof winter season guava cv Allahabad Safeda under Lucknow conditions.
