The genus Nephele Hubner (Lepidoptera : Sphingidae) from India with description of a new species

摘要

The male and female genitalic features of three Indian species of genus Nephele Hiibner viz., didyma (Fabricius), hespera (Fabricius) and joiceyi Clark have been illustrated in detail along with the description of a new species i.e., kitchingi. A keyto the known Indian species of this genus has also been formulated.
