Brad Allen is a software development engineer with an academic and professional background in environmental science and engineering. Rob de Loe' holds the University Research Chair in Water Policy and Governance at the University of Waterloo and is Director of the multi-university Water Policy and Governance Group. He currently serves as the Canadian Co-Chair of the bi-national Great Lakes Water Quality Board. During the past two decades, Dr. de Loe has written extensively about water management and governance in relation to topics such as source water protection, water allocation, and climate change adaptation. Factors that facilitate and constrain effective governance are some of his research's overriding concerns. His advice on water policy and governance concerns is widely sought by governmental and non-governmental organizations. He frequently speaks about water to audiences that include both business and governmental leaders as well as members of the general public.
