The first sentence on the back cover states, "A single source reference with information on environmental regulations and proven ways to perform pollutant calculations." Wow! After reading this sentence the perception is that this may be the ultimate reference source for the environmental engineer, the technical regulatory "Holy Grail" we all have whether this is an answer or a solution. Prior to this question, on page 214, the reader is asked to "briefly describe EPA approved nitration methods." Again, "SOLUTION" in bold letters is used to signify a half a page of verbiage. In both cases, regulatory calculations were not involved, yet the terminology "Solution" was employed; this creates the perception that mathematical calculation is involved in the answer, yet none is provided.
