All Motor Vehicles Subject to Air Pollution Spot Checks

On 26 November 2003, the EPA promulgated a regulation that subjected all in-use motorbikes to random examination of air pollutants. This will now be extended to include all motor vehicles, including cars. The former Regulations Governing Random Testing of Air Pollutants from In-Use Motorbikes has been revised and renamed as the Regulations Governing Random Testing of Air Pollutants from In-Use Motor Vehicles, expanding the target of random testing for air pollutants to all in-use motor vehicles, including both motorbikes and cars.
