Drawing on International Experience to Formulate Comprehensive Land Management Regulations

On 10 December 2012, the EPA completed the formulation of the Identification Criteria for Due Diligence of a Prudent Administrator for Interested Parties of Polluted Land. The EPA urges all members of the public, company, and factory operators who own, use, or manage land to refer to the criteria and conscientiously exercise due diligence.
