Carbon Reduction Prioritized by Adding Six GHGs to List of Air Pollutants

In order to prioritize the regulatory system for reporting greenhouse gas emissions, on 9 May 2012 the EPA officially declared carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and carbon tetrafluoride as air pollutants.
