ANALYSIS OF A MODEL OF GROUND MILITARY FORCES RH OPERATIVE READINESS OF TECHNICAL SYSTEM

Readiness of technical systems is one of the most important elements of the combat readiness for troops. During performance of given functions, a set criteria of technical system gains different states, which over time create a large number of data and information's. The state of the system depends on the correct maintenance and level of combat readiness. Managing necessary information's on the readiness of the technical system in an fast and accurate manner offers the possibility of a quick examination of readiness, and thus the possibility of selective selection of technical systems for the execution of given tasks, taking into account the level of importance. To this end, the paper describes a current availability of information and then gives a new approach in collecting them. It also suggests improvements in maintenance trough information of systems. The basis is to obtain the required information timely, to have quality planning, to achieve reduction in the time of the situation of cancellation, and in this way the degree of readiness is increased, and the ability to quickly select most reliable system for the implementation of combat activities.
