Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, the holding Company of Visakhapataam Steel Plant held its 28th Annual General Meeting on 24th July, 2010 at its Registered Office in Visakhapataam. The Meeting was chaired by Shri P.K. Bishnoi, Chairman-cum-Managing Director and Shri P. K. Mittal, Under Secretary to the Govt, of India, Ministry of Steel, New Delhi has represented the President of India. Shri B.V.Rao and Shri B.A.S.P.Ranga, Partners representing M/s B.V. Rao & Co, Chartered Accountants and the Statutory Auditors of the Company were present.
