摘要

This paper presents the latest developments of Siemens VAI sinter technology, especially concerning relevant environmental issues. The Siemens VAI Selective Waste Gas Recirculation System can be installed in existing or greenfield plants as 100% add-on or fully integrated. Another highlight of this offgas recirculation system is that, in combination with the MEROS~R process (Maximized Emission Reduction of Sintering), it represents the best available technology for reduction of many pollutants of the sintering process.
