Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), an entity of Steel Authority of India (SAIL), has bagged host of awards for its environment management initiatives. Greentech Foundation, a well-known NGO working in the field of environment protection, has awarded RSP the prestigious 'Greentech Environment Gold Award 2014' for outstanding achievements in the field of environment management. RSP received this coveted award for the 11th consecutive year. The award was presented in a function organised at Chandigarh.
