New bar and wire rod mill at Song Da12, Vietnam

Danieli Morgardshammar will supply a new bar and wire rod mill to Song Da12 (Song Da Construction Transportation Material Company No.12). The order for the new 300,000 tpy high-speed rolling mill was awarded in September 2001.This will be the third Danieli Morgardshammar rolling mill plant in Vietnam, after the previous SSE wire rod mil and Hoa Phat bar/rod mill contracts, presently under completion and due for hot run at the end of 2001 an beginning of 2002 respectively.
