摘要

As part of the new Level 2 metallurgical models developed by Danieli, the main thermodynamic and kinetic features of the oxygen and sulphur partition models are discussed in the current paper. These metallurgical models are based on the dynamic calculation of the full steel-slag compositions under various process conditions in order to continuously control and optimise the refining process. Simulation results show that the predicted chemical compositions are in good agreement with the practical process data.
