Siemens to supply rail and section mill to Kazakhstan

Siemens Metals Technologies has received an order to supply Aktobe Rail and Section Works LLP, Kazakhstan, with a rail and section mill, with an annual capacity of 430,000 tonnes. The new rolling mill will be constructed in the town of Aktobe under the auspices of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC, the national railway company, and will be the first rail manufacturing plant in Kazakhstan.
