摘要

Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Raigarh (JSPLj is one of India's major steel producers with a significant presence in sectors like mining, power generation, petroleum and infrastructure. At JSPL, we adopted a unique route for steelmaking through coal based DRI- BF- EAF-CC route to maximize benefit through our mining assets and strength of power generation. Typically, this plant operates with the shop Return Scrap of 10-15%, Coal Based DRI of 35-40% and rest Hot Metal as metallic input for 110 Tonne Electric Arc Furnace. JSPL achieved a highest life of 1297 heats of EAF lining life which is one of the best in India.
