The contents of the draft Energy Bill and, more importantly, details of the government's plans on electricity market reform (EMR) had yet to be revealed to Parliament as this issue of Energy World went to press - as I write, the press conference is due later this week. But I'll bet that the news on EMR has dominated discussion in energy circles since then. We will catch up next issue.
