Nyoman Sugiartha,of the School of Engineering and Design,Brunei University,was this year's winner of the Energy Institute's London and Home Counties Branch student paper competition.Here follows a summary of the winning paper.The high energy use in food production is expected to draw attention to the food sector and one can expect incentives and/or penalties if efficiency initiatives are not implemented.
