Towards a zero carbon future-new measures for homes and the planning system

The Government has put a little flesh onto the bones of the announcement,last November by Chancellor Gordon Brown,that by 2016 every new home will be a zero carbon home,as well as indicating a new urgency towards getting renewable projects successfully through the local planning system.
