Patterns of facial hair growth in hirsute women

I read with considerable interest "The Hirsute Woman: Challenges in Evaluation and Management," by Paparodis and Dunaif, in the September/October 2011 issue of Endocrine Practice (2011;17:807-818). Prompted by this excellent guide, I would like to share an observation regarding coarse facial hair growth in women, from nearly 10 years of experience with performing electrolysis hair removal.
