Judging SRT by a 'Reality Criterion'

In Special Relativity Theory (SRT), there exist difficulties of 'length contraction' and 'time dilation' that cannot be explained, and so produce paradoxes. The reality principle is: 'objective reality at the same place has nothing to do with the moving state of an observer.' SRT goes against the reality principle.
