摘要

A novel micro-sensor of disposable chips with microfabrication technology was developed to induce a blood sample of 3 mu l into the capillary, to separate blood cell species, and to start the enzyme reaction. When the oxygen was generated by electrolysis of the solution before monitoring, the oxygen concentration in the enzyme membrane increased to a high level so that the resultant peak current was increased. By applying the potential sweep method, the measurement was finished within one minute to obtain the peak current. A theoretical analysis enabled to determine the diffusions of glucose, oxygen and hydrogen peroxide, and also the rate of the two-substrate reaction catalyzed by glucose oxidase within the enzyme membrane.
