A 24-year-old woman presented with 6.0-cm right thyroid mass and right cervical lymphadenopathy. A fine-needle aspiration (FNA) was performed (Fig. 1a-b). Following the FNA, the patient underwent total thyroidectomy and right neck lymph node dissection (Fig. 1c-f represents the lesion).
