This paper describes the experimental investigations of high-frequency pressure oscillations in a single-stage axial-flow low-speed compressor during rotating stall where the main oscillating frequency is greater than that of rotor rotation and less than or equal to that of the blade passing frequency. These oscillations are similar to the high-frequency oscillation processes in the flow of multi-stage axial-flow high-speed compressors and low-speed single-stage axial fans described in earlier literature.
