摘要

The decay of the A_T emission band by Pb~(2+) ion has been investigated in KBr and KCl crystals using a streak camera. Unlike the previously obtained triexpoential decay curve, a multiexpontential-like decay curve has been observed in the measurement at various streak sweep times between 20 ns and 10 μs. It is suggested that the nonexponential decay indicates distribution of Pb~(2+) ions with different site symmetries.
