摘要

In this study, SnSe nanoparticles with well-defined crystallinity have been assembled into vertically aligned TiO_2 nanotubes by pulsed electrodeposition method from aqueous solutions and thermally heat treated in air atmosphere. The obtained films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The relationship between the morphology of SnSe nanoparticles and the deposition parameters was investigated to optimize the deposition condition.
