摘要

Transparent ferromagnetic semiconductor Fe-Zn-0 heterogranular films composed of wurtzite ZnO matrix and magnetite particles have been prepared by chemical deposition of Fe_(0.19)Zn_(0.81)O film in aqueous solutions followed by heating at 773 K under vacuum. The Fe-Zn-O heterogranular films revealed ferromagnetic behaviors with Curie temperature higher than 500 K, and exhibited 43 mT in saturation magnetization and 13.7 kA m~(-1) in coercive force at room temperature. The films had high optical transparency of 70 percent at a wavelength of 700 nm in the visible light region as well as characteristics of n-type semiconductor with wide bandgap of 3.3 eV
