摘要

A type of nitrogen monoxide (NO) gas sensor was fabricated by the conjunction of trivalent aluminum cation and divalent oxide anion conducting solid electrolytes with water-insoluble oxide based auxiliary electrode. The sensor response was rapid and a reproducible output was observed continuously both in a dry and a wet atmosphere. The sensor output obeys the Nernst relationship, indicating that a quantitative NO detection can be successfully realized.
