Whalsay buys Xcite for $1

Caymen Islands registered Whalsay Energy Holdings (WEH) has acquired Aberdeen-based Xcite Energy Resources (XER) for US $1 and is looking to push ahead with the development of the Bentley field, which it described as one of the largest undeveloped finds in the UK North Sea. Whalsay is now on the search for partners to help it develop and operate Bentley.
