Ukraine began its crackdown on graft in earnest over the past week, battling the country's most powerful oligarch for control of two oil companies and arresting two high-ranking officials at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting. Both incidents were filmed, providing dramatic video. President Petro Poroshenko finally sacked the billionaire oligarch, Igor Kolomoisky, from his post as governor of Dnepropetrovsk, where the latter had spent part of his fortune defending the region from insurgents and supplying troops to fight rebels in the pro-Russia Donbass area.
