A research analyst said he would recommend buying the stock of Malaysian engineering Dialog group only if it is confirmed to have landed new contracts including the building of a US75 million oil storage project in Singapore.OSK Investment Research senior manager Chris Eng said he is neutral on the company which has received a Letter of Intent(LOI)from Helios Terminal Corp for the construction of a fuel oil storage terminal on Jurong Island.The agreement has yet to be converted into a contract.
