The company recently completed a project for Western Power Corporation at a major traffic intersection in Perth. The existing transmission line was going to be too low to maintain traffic clearance after construction of a new bridge at the intersection of Leach Highway and Orrong Road in Kewdale. FEC was engaged to install foundations, fabricate and erect four new poles and string the new conductors. FEC's new factory in Jandakot uses only quality Australian materials provided by accredited suppliers to manufacture a full range of towers, poles and masts.
