A strategic decision two years ago to export its professional services has certainly paid off for a Brisbane-based energy and resource company, which recently won a 2002 Australian Export Award. Worley, which specialises in engineering design and project services to the oil, gas and minerals industries, has gone from a zero base to 12 million dollars in export revenue over the past two years. Export markets include China, the Middle East and the United States. The company has won the 2002 AusIndustry Emerging Exporter of the Year Award.
