Dutch bank ABN Amro has raised its Brent crude forecast for next year to an average of $70/bl from its previous forecast of $60/bl. The bank said near-term pressure on prices will give way to a continuation of the recent rally in the fourth quarter of 2016, and it now expects Brent to end the year at $65/bl, from $55/bl previously. Its forecast for the average price in 2016 is unchanged at $50/bl.
