PdV resumes coke loading operations

Venezuelan state-owned PdV’s Petro San Felix solids terminal at the Jose complex resumed petroleum coke loading operations on 22 November after safety inspectors determined that a 29 October vessel fire did not damage critical infrastructure, the energy ministry said. The ministry said a fire detected in three holds of the Top Trader while it was loading coke at the terminal was confined to the ship and did not affect the terminal’s equipment.
