Products prices firmed throughout the month. Gasoline prices rose, as producers began transitioning out of winter- grade gasoline production ahead of the final RVP transition to summer-grade gasoline. Refinery outages on the Gulf and west coasts further sup- ported gasoline values. The gasoline arbitrage from Europe to the east coast was wide-open in February, with at least four cargoes a week of finished gasoline, Rbob and European-grade gasoline fixed for delivery to the east coast.
