Canadian utility Nova Scotia Power (NSP) issued a long-term tender for a minimum of 200,000t and a maximum of 1.4mn t of petroleum coke for delivery between the second quarter of next year and the end of 2019. The utility is looking for 4-6pc sulphur shot coke with a maximum of 6.5pc sulphur and a Hardgrove Grindability Index (HGI) between 30 and 55.
